Mexico, with a population of approximately 130 million, is ranked among the world's top 10 most populous countries and is considered the second-largest medical device market in Latin America. Driven by a growing aging population and expanding healthcare infrastructure, demand for medical devices continues to increase, positioning Mexico as a strategic gateway market in the Latin American region.

CUREXO plans to accelerate local sales and marketing activities for CUVIS-spine in collaboration with ARTIMEDICA, a specialized medical device company in Mexico.

CUVIS-spine is a robotic system designed to enhance the precision of spinal surgeries through advanced surgical planning and precise navigation capabilities. Utilizing real-time tracking technology during procedures, the system guides accurate screw placement according to the preoperative plan while reducing radiation exposure for both patients and medical staff, thereby improving both safety and convenience.

A representative from CUREXO stated, "Based on this medical device approval in Mexico, we plan to strengthen cooperation with our local partner to actively expand into the Mexican market and further broaden the supply of medical robotic systems throughout Latin America."
